Integral Quench Furnace Line
- Three 36” x 72” x 36” integral quench hardening furnaces
- Six 36” x 72” x 36” temper furnaces
- Automated loading and handling equipment
- Washing station and computerized management system
- Can accommodate up to 36” diameter
- 36” high working zone accommodates long shafts, pins and bar and rod products that can be hardened and tempered in vertical orientation, significantly reduces part distortion and movement
- High volume production readily treated due to added process automation, reduced labor and the gross load capacity of 7,000 lbs.
- A small capacity furnace is available for process development, prototyping and small production runs
